Our company is a China 4D*64HMM Low Melt Fiber Manufacturer and 4D*64HMM Polyester Staple Fiber Factory, primarily produces POY polyester filament, a new, differentiated, functional, high-value-added, and stable high-end product that can partially replace imports. In 2012, the company invested more than 300 million yuan in upgrading its production lines, achieving an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons of high-quality pre-oriented polyester yarn POY. The production line uses advanced direct esterification, polymerization in five reactors, and direct spinning process technology from the China Textile Industry Design and Research Institute, technology superior to that of DuPont (USA) and Gemma (Germany). The spinning and winding equipment was imported from Barmag (Germany) with fully automated production lines, ensuring product quality that exceeds industry standards. The company offers a full range of products, currently including about 20 types of regular and flat yarn.
